Michelle believes the key to this success lies in undertaking constant strategic planning to manage growth and in adhering to the intrinsic culture and values of the company whilst delivering a strong infrastructure of services to clients, providing e-business solutions, innovation and efficiencies.

The company’s excellent growth has enabled WaiveStar Group to invest totally in its own proprietary software and inhouse expertise.

Michelle was a finalist in the 2004 Telstra Business Women of the Year and in 2005 WaiveStar Group won the Victorian Government Small Business Growth Award.
